Dear students,
we are also sharing the thought that sport helps to keep a balance for body and soul, so we would like to share with you a form in project from FPES CU, which is no doubtedly common for all students in current quick lifestyle within Charles University. So if this thought is resonating with you, we would be grateful for filling the form:)
The Faculty of Physical Education and Sport at Charles University coordinates the international Erasmus+ project BALANCE, which focuses on promoting the physical and mental health of young people and on better understanding their needs in today’s rapidly changing society. A total of 8 countries are involved in the project.
The aim of the project is to explore how young people perceive their lifestyle, what influences their wellbeing, and which factors help them maintain a balance between studies, work, and personal life. The results of the survey will be used to develop concrete recommendations and tools to support a healthy and sustainable lifestyle among students and young adults across Europe.
One of the most important project outcomes will be the establishment of an international network of young ambassadors who will share their experiences, tips, and best practices to promote a healthy lifestyle and mental wellbeing among their peers.
As part of the project, we are currently conducting an anonymous survey focusing on daily habits, stress perception, physical activity, motivation, and the impact of digital technologies on young people’s wellbeing.
👉 We would greatly appreciate it if you could take a few minutes to complete the survey and help us better understand the needs of the younger generation: https://forms.office.com/e/9rUDqEiDx9.
